DARREL D. BRANDT, Chairman, 64, director since 1991. Mr. Brandt was the acting CEO for the Company from December 1991 through November 1995. Mr. Brandt is an independent real estate developer and private investor. Mr. Brandt is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

THOMAS H. ADAMS, JR. age 71, Was a United States Marine Corps Naval aviator flying from aircraft carriers up until 1964. He was a Northwest Airlines Boeing 747 Captain who retired in 1996 after 32 years. As one of the original directors, he has been on the Board since the IPO of BRS stock in 1986 and currently serves on the Compensation committee. Mr Adams has been serving on the Board of the Experimental Aircraft Association's, International Aerobatic club for 8 years and has Been an aerobatic enthusiast since 1970. Mr. Adams has been a United States team member in World class aerobatic Championships and Competes in National and regional events to this day.

BORIS POPOV, 60, director since 1980. Mr. Popov is the founder of the Company and holds the title of Chairman Emeritus. He is president of Northern Sun, Inc., a privately owned St. Paul, Minnesota based Company that is engaged in aircraft equipment sales. He is also a private pilot. Mr. Popov is Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and a member of the compensation Committee.

LARRY E. WILLIAMS, 50, President and Chief Executive Officer of BRS since 2004. Appointed to the Board in September 2006. He is also chairman of the Safety Affairs and Training committee of GAMA. He has served as President of Rural/Metro and was most recently Vice President Business Development at AmSafe Aviation in Phoenix.

FERNANDO CARALT, 45, director since 2007.  Mr. Caralt is President of CIMSA Ingenieria, S.A. of Barcelona, Spain.  He has served in senior leadership capacities for a variety of aerospace companies including the Boeing Corporation. As president of CIMSA, he helped successfully build the company from an early-stage business into a global leader in the parachute industry. Mr. Caralt earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Barcelona.
